Your trainer Sue Milnes has several years'
experience of applying data protection both in the public and private
sectors. She has devised and delivered a variety of training courses
to small and large groups. |

Sue has held the ISEB (Information Systems
Examinations Board) certificate in data protection since 2001. |

Sue's experience in applying data protection
solutions includes: websites, retail outlets, call centres, customer
relationship databases, HR,
cctv and technically complex
systems (congestion charging, London). |

Sue has also set up systems and procedures to
manage subject access requests and requests under the Freedom of Information
Act. |
